WordPress is the most popular blog CMS. Infact WordPress has a great role in making blogging easier. I’m using WordPress for last 3 years and have always been impressed by new features, support and WordPress community. WordPress team have provided updates before deadlines, critical security patches without any delay, the 3 click easy install and so on. You can keep counting on excellent minds behind WordPress.
This blog is hosted at socio5.com using WPMU (WordPress multi-user). WPMU is an advanced multi-user version of WordPress for geeky folks and people who want to manage blogging communities.
WordPress is also going to release BuddyPress, a social network CMS built around WordPress MU.I’d tested some of the features of BuddyPress and really looking forward to see its frist final release to get my hands dirty on it. I’m a BIG fan of WordPress as a blog CMS, I’ve recently used WordPress page funcionality to create some very good looking websites (non blog sites). WordPress also have a templating system that makes life a lot easier for developers.
I’d started this blog to share my passion about WordPress, my tips, tricks, hacks and most important my WP designs.
I create WordPress templates as a hobby and now want to make them public under Creative Commons license. Hope you will enjoy reading my blog!
